Quick and Easy Gluten Free Pretzels

Gluten Free Pretzels

Ingredients:

1 cup of Greek yogurt

1 Cup of GF self raising flour

2 tsp of GF baking powder

1 tsp of salt plus extra for topping.

25g melted butter

To start with preheat the oven to 180oc and line a baking tray.

Add the Gf flour, baking powder, salt and Greek yogurt to a food mixer. I used my K beater and mixed the ingredients for 5 minutes. Once the mixture is holding together turn out onto a silicon matt that is lightly dusted with Gf flour and knead for 5 minutes and then divide into 4 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a 35cm length and then make the pretzel shape.

Place each pretzel onto the baking tray and brush all over with melted butter and scatter with salt. Place in the oven for 20 mins until golden brown.

Take out of the oven and brush again with melted butter.
