
Quick and Easy Gluten Free Garlic Bread
This feeds two people
Ingredients for base:
350g of dairy free yoghurt
350g of gluten free self raising flour
1tsp of salt
1tbsp of dried garlic granules
0.5tbsp of dried oregano
Ingredients for topping:
50g of garlic butter
5 sundried tomatoes
20g of parmesan
20g of mature cheddar
30g of grated mozarella
Method:
To begin with put all the ingredients for the base in a mixing bowl and mix well until it makes a dough.
Place the dough on a pizza tin and place in the oven at 180c for 12 minutes.
Once the 12 minutes has been, spread the garlic butter all over the base and sprinkle the cheese over and place the tomatoes on top
Once you have put the toppings on place in the oven for another 8 minutes.
