
Gluten Free Flatbread Pizza
This feeds two people
Ingredients for base:
250g of dairy free yoghurt
280g of gluten free self raising flour
0.5tsp of salt
1tbsp of dried garlic granules
0.5tbsp of dried oregano
Ingredients for topping:
2.5tbsp of tomato puree
20g of cheese
10 black olives
12 slices of salami
1 ball of mozarella
fresh basil
Method:
To begin with put all the ingredients for the base in a mixing bowl and mix well until it makes a dough.
Place the dough on a pizza tin and place in the oven at 180c for 8 minutes.
Once the 8 minutes has been, take the flatbread base out of the oven and put the toppings of your choice on.
Once you have put the toppings of the flatbread cook for another 8 minutes.
